Civic Plaza Design Finalized

The City Hall and Fire Station projects required the closure of 10th Street between the alley and Oak Street. This project will create a civic plaza in that space. After input from across the community, the conceptual design is complete. Engineering and Full Design is underway. This multiple paged document includes the design concept, rendering, precedent boards, and site analysis.

City staff seek direction from city council to submit a grant request for $500,000 from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) Main Street Live (Livability Investments for Vibrant Economies) grant program for a grant to construct a portion of the Civic Plaza. In addition, the project is also applying for a CDOT grant.
