Post Annexation Land Use Approval Process
- Zoning
- YVHA/City staff to propose TND Zoning with STR Overlay and Airport Overlay.
- Result of zoning ordinance cannot be guaranteed; petition may be withdrawn if TND Zoning not granted

- YVHA -- requested changes to administrative approvals
